I will switch the view and we will look just across our little portion of Central California from the bay area toward the sierra. You can see the smoke coming off the creek fire. Unmistakably you can see it filling the canyons. So if we go to those smoke forecasts, the deeper the shades of red, the higher the concentration of smoke. We were just looking at it on the satellite. Lets look at all four of them now. We will widen the view and play this out over the next day and a half. And there is some good news here. Not as good as last week, the smoke will start drifting back to the bay area but our big concern, would be the august complex because that is the one directly north from us. Thats why we went back into moderate air quality today. And in san jose the air quality is still good, so a reversal of fortunes. Daytime himes tomorrow will be in the low 90s, so we will stay warm for the weekend. San jose does not look good, that is a live view. Its not perfectly clear, but it is healthy. So as far as the winds, upper level winds going this way. Thats why the clouds are all going that way. But if we come down, instead of looking at the upper levels, look at the part of the atmosphere where that smoke is, now you can see why it is traveling this way. Overnight we will see more of an easterly flow and that is not good news for the north complex fire. Those are the kind of winds that can fan flames and maybe even throw little more smoke our way. But it will be shortlived, its not a terribly strong wind event. Once we get into the rest of this week the wind will not be working against us. It wont do is any huge favors but it also wont be blowing a lot of smoke our way. So looking ahead, thats why the forecast was moderate on air quality. Morning lows go back down to around 60.
