Reporter this year, its a much more subdued halloween. The city discouraged large gatherings and parties but they wanted people to safely celebrate and get in the spirit like i did. Its a hairraising Haunted House like no other. The social club hosted a social distanced tour with reserved time slots of groups of four. Masks must be worn at all times. It featured creepy surprises at every turn. One of the things is this year, so many things have been canceled. The response of the community is how can we reimagine this. The past 24 hours, the state recorded over 5,000 cases bringing the total to 930,000 cases statewide. The death toll is now up to 18,000. Ac transit, muni, cal train, bart, and other bay area agencies report low ridership numbers. And, we will see temperatures tomorrow about what they were today. 10 degrees above average. If we look at where we are above average. These areas look colder than average in the midwest.
