It is a very exciting time for us as we look at lgbtq history month, one thing we include in the book is the contributions of black communities. The way we see things become mainstream. We explore that through black queer culture and we talk about it through black church and various aspects of black culture and wanted to celebrate the different ways that we see our language showing up in the world. We know that there is a film about somebody that has not had the prominence that is deserved. Tell us about that. I agree with you. He is someone who is pivotal to just about every movement that we have right now, as it relates to progressive rights. He is someone who a lot of people dont know his name and they dont know his contributions. In the same ways that a lot of folks dont know the contributions of black lgbtq people, the struggle for rights and the struggle for black rights. And we are trying to do, in 70 ways, put some respect on the ways that we as black folks and black queer folks contribute to and drive culture in linguistic manner. We dont often get the type of credit. Words are crucial. One of my favorite quotes. Talk to us about some of the phrases that have nudged the world a little bit. It is so important that we give credit where credit is due where word origins are concerned. Tell me, what is the most meaningful phrase that the young people out there watching can take away today to maybe use as a march, as they walk forward into this world, as people who maybe feel a little on the margins. I think this book is a full of different kinds. That was holly breaking her own record and are total this time, 1207. That is an average of just over 20 pushups a minute. For 60 minutes straight. In her 40s, she suffered a rare autoimmune disorder and made it so she barely got out of bed. But she put in the work and after a decade of recovery, and a hip replacement, she got back into her favorite exercise. By the way, she tells us her love for pushups comes from martial arts classes that she took as a kid. Coming up on 09 30 stream, security footage captures the moment a bay
