The Board of Directors of Kranti Industries Ltd at its meeting held on April 06, 2021, have approved and recommended the issue of fully paid Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 1:5 that is 1 (One) equity shares of Rs 10/- each for every 5 (five) fully paid-up equity shares held, as on the record date, subject to approval of Members of the Company.
