Uniindia: Hyderabad, Oct 8 (UNI) Telangana State Commission for Backward Classes Chairman Dr Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao has appealed to central government to reconsider their decision and hold the caste census as a part of 2021 Census fulfilling the aspirations of more than 50 per cent of our population.
