R. i did but theyre not upset over what the teacher is accused of doing. Theyre upset that he has now been suspended and arrested. 47 year old andres tobar was arrested tuesday on a felony child endangerment abuse charge. I asked one parent how he would feel if his child was involved in a case like this. What we have done is approved setting up its own recovery and Resilience Center here in the county to process only permits at an expedited and reduced cost factor so that people can get back to their lives. Starting on febbruary 13th, these portable buildings on the countys campus will be dedicated soley to processing permit applications. That way it will go faster, allowing someone to have everything taken care of in as little as eight days. Its not just about how fast its expedited. Its that people have a really good understanding and certainty that theyre going to be able to build their lives around. A company contracted from marin county will be set up to handle the applications and the analyses of site plans, etcetera. And what might be the most helpful to people who lost everything. Are lower permit fees. The county is slashing them by 30 to 40 percent. That means someone with a 21hundred square foot house, for example, could save about three thousand bucks. And if you already started getting your permit before this announcement, dont worry. We will also give you a rebate to these new fee schedules. The report by the american road and transportation Builders Assocation examined this bridge where 680 goes over monument blvd in costa county calling it structurally deficient meaning one of the key elements is in poor or worse condition. It was back in 2007 when a bridge in minneapolis suddenly collapsed, motorists plunged into the river, 13 people died. Following that accident, more reports came out about bridge safety.
