Coming down with influenza in the midst of the covid19 pandemic could have dire consequences looking at what covid it does to the in my opinion the thought of getting covid and influenza together. I think i honestly dont know that somebody would be able to survive that Southern Health pulmonary Critical Care specialist doctor Vanessa Walker talks about the difference in patients suffering with the flu who have been vaccinated and those who have not what i see are the patients that actually get influenza and come into the intensive care unit. Doing very poorly and what i have noticed is that people that get the flu vaccine have a better course so even if you do get the flu with the vaccine that youre going to have a little bit better chance of not getting so severely sick and if you didnt get it all and they occur together they certainly can occur together it can happen but Center HealthInfectious Disease specialist doctor Anthony Kelly on says just how bad it will be for the person who comes down with both is yet to be seen we havent seen a case of flu and covid just yet but have seen many viruses that have occurred and on top of that they can end up with getting him back secondary bacterial infection which is. Really what were trying to avoid on top of the flu and covid infections. We definitely dont want to get both. Doing facemasks and vaccinating yourself are truly the 2 best ways that you can having a devastating effect from this flu season.
