The elementary in berkeley just south of hopkins street, according to Berkeley Police, the child was leaving the Elementary School yesterday when they were approached by an unknown suspect in a white van or possibly an suv. But one of the bullets went into the home where the 4 yearold boy was. And ended up hitting the boy. Police believe that johnson targeted that residents because he was trying to recover a car that he had reported stolen. Hes charged with 2 counts attempted homicide. Now and the boy was treated for nonlifethreatening injuries.
