Happening in San Francisco about 13 miles per hour, a little breezy out of Half Moon Bay. But other than that, its gorgeous. And tonight were going continue with a really nice, mostly clear evening. Now we will have a little bit of coastal and valley fog thats going to happen in the overnight hours. So take a look at this. Parts of highway 37 will be closed between solano and sonoma counties during the weekends of april and also parts so starting april 12, caltrans, we working on. One traffic direction per weekend. So westbound will be closed. Traffic diverted at the weekend of april. 12th and 19th eastbound lanes will be closed and traffic will be diverted. The weekends of april 26th and may 3rd. Another setback, though, right now for the storm battered section of highway one. Theres a new landslide that is close to the portion of this historic roadway between big sur and carmel by the sea. A nearly one and a half mile portion of the southbound lane crumbled into the sea over the weekend. This is just south of the rocky creek bridge. That same areas struggling to recover from multiple landslides to the board triggered by the winter storms. And it is not stormy outside today at all. It is sunny and gorgeous. Taking a live look here looking out towards the golden gate. It is really quite perfect out there. Its perfect for april. First, you know, spring decide to show up. It is. But you look at that video there looking at, you know, of the road damage caused by storms. We have a little more rain coming this week. So that could add insult to injury for places that have had that kind of problem with erosion. Happening right now, though, it is certainly beautiful out there. The blue skies prevail. San francisco sitting at a lovely 62 degrees. Were at 72 in san jose, concord, 71 and oh, my goodness. Santa rosa. 76 degrees, right winning today with the warmth out there. Its just beautiful. Temperature wise, so ran a little bit cool. We had about 10 above average into normal. If you look at the rain totals that we got for the month, just a little over 4 and a half inches of rain. And by the way, on friday, we picked up an additional inch their right. And that is about where we should be about 4. 5, 8 is normal. So as we head into our season where we go into april and think of spring and flowers and all that stuff were doing pretty good for our water year so far. You can see these numbers well above normal everywhere, except for oakland, but its still pretty good at 89 . And we are going to add to that later this week where we have yet another storm thats going to come in thursday. Looks like the day. It will also be bringing some sierra snow as well. So, yeah, if youve seen all those flowers are getting ready to go, theyre going to get another shot at some rain as we get later into the week. So today, however, and tomorrow is going to be all about the sunshine and you can see the warm temperatures. But by the time we get to wednesday, a few clouds rolling in and then that rain coming in thursday into friday, taking berkeleys example here. That will definitely cool us down into highs just in the 50s. Heres a look at your extended forecast. Another beauty on tap for your tuesday. So make those outdoor plans. Thursday would be the day to take the umbrella with you. Might linger a little bit into friday morning. Right now, the weekend not looking bad.
