Its being called the american fire. Earlier we spoke with a City Council Member who seeing the flames in his backyard. I think were still a little scared from the napa fire. The fires are still scary. Pretty tough. We did a voluntary advisory evacuation. And i was advising my neighbors to please evacuate. Im glad theres support and help. The latest updates we have to talk to the fire chief. It looks a lot better than it does earlier. This section of knoll drive here is closed off to nonemergency personnel. We are still seeing a lot of boots on the ground out here right now. A lot of defensive fire work. Theres an advisory, an advisory evacuation. We did get work from vallejo firefighters association. A man charged on a horrible and deadly attack on five homeless men yesterday morning in new york citys china town made his First Court Appearance today. They saw Randy Rodriguez hitting a victim with a metal pipe while they slept. Four of those men were killed. The lone survivor is in Critical Condition. The suspect has been arrested at least six other times in the past three years. Three times on assault charges. Police in newark are investigating a shooting that left a 15yearold boy dead and another 15yearold boy under arrest. That shooting happened around 11 30 last thursday night in a home on bradeburn avenue. They found a 15yearold with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. The suspected shooter who was also a 15yearold boy was also taken into custody. Police say they did find a weapon that was found in the shooting at the scene. And because the victim and the suspect are Minors Police are not releasing their names or any other information about that shooting. In richmond three people are under arrest in connection with a shooting near dianza high school during a Football Game last month. Police say officers arrested a 17yearold boy and recovered a gun at his home that was used in the shooting on september 27th. Officers also arrested two other male juveniles. A 16yearold girl remains in Critical Condition at the hospital while two 17yearolds who were also injure in the shooting have since been released.
