What will be interesting, is they have said we are not moving out. The judge said to the sheriff, get them out. Evict them. So i think monday or tuesday the sheriffs will show up, and say you have to move. They will say no, they are probably going to get arrested and forcefully evicted. In the sheriffs will move their things out of the house. Now the interesting question will then be, will the district atty. Prosecute them for trespassing . My point is if i was a district atty. Of alameda i would tell the sheriffs arrest them, put them in jail, but do not bring it to us because we are not going to prosecute that. If you prosecute it, you give them a bully pulpit to get on, and you bring all the protesters in and then you are at the courthouse, it will turn into a circus. So the da probably will go nowhere. Not prosecute, not a form to push this. Then the question will become will the jury convict him of trespassing and its not worth it.
