As we get you going into your thursday, another Beautiful Day today as it has been pretty much the entire month of february. It will end this way too, with some really nice weather. As we get towards the weekend, late into sunday, temperatures will down and we may see something break loose from the jetstream for early march, but in the meantime, this is what youve got, temperatures well above the average. There 79 in morgan hill, 77 in napa and santa rosa. Then you can see where all the rain is, and thats just where it is. You can see that dome of high pressure, its going right over the top, and as long as it does that, which it will for the next couple of days, we stay dry. Until it drifts south, not much will happen. It looks like it wants to drift south during the first week in march, so hopefully something looks better in the long range models. In the meantime, enjoy whats become probably one of the nicest februarys ever, not ever, but what i can remember. It will tie the alltime driest february. But i would assert that the temperatures, too, have been unique in how warm its been. Current temperatures outside, weve seen 80s, weve seen records day after day. Mid 60s, upper 60s, today made and low 70s. Tomorrow will be just like that, friday will be a little cooler, but very similar. Then saturday and sunday the temperatures drop off. By sunday we are back into the 50s where its more close to where we should be. Its a little cooler as we head towards saturday and sunday, and it illustrates that the jetstream is getting closer to us, we are not expecting rain really, but we are expecting a cool down. Hopefully the jetstream will drop further as we head earlier into march. Lets see what the jetstream does here, i think its the second week in march, around march 10, where we have a real chance of rain. Forecast has for tomorrow, youve seen it before. I will see you back here at 11. Coming up, the giants and as in full swing as they play in arizona. Mark has highlights for both games next in sports. How are you . Do you have any lollipops in there . laughing no, sorry. Were helping all kinds of businesses go beyond customer expectations. How can we help you . VoMike Bloomberg has a recordgue of doing something. As mayor, he protected womens reproductive rights. Expanded Health Coverage to 700,000 new yorkers. Mike bloomberg a record on Health Care Nobody can argue about. Mike im Mike Bloomberg and i approve this message. Mark is here now with sports, and the big question, steph curry, will he or wont he show up on sunday . Soon, but not too soon, thats kind of the overwhelming trend im getting here from the warriors. The way the warrior fans are looking at it, its kind of like throw us a bone, will you, something to get us through. 22 out of 25 of their last game of gone into the lost column, and it was kind of reported prematurely that steph curry would be back for sure this sunday. You got to see this video from last night prior to the game. I think he looked pretty sharp as far as his shooting. Hes letting those fly from way outside. However, obviously that is not the entire game, watch this last one right here. The coach would actually like to see him play a little more scrimmaging, five on five, and would not guarantee that steph would definitely play on sunday. His hand is fine, and he looked good in the scrimmage, but my only concern is he has only scrimmage twice. We want to make sure he gets enough five on five work to be prepared to go out and play an nba game, so if its sunday, great, if its not, that is fine, too, but weve got to do whats best for him. College basketball, if you have big dance aspirations, thats what we call march madness. If you want to get there, its best advised you break the 4 game losing streak, thats just what stanford did, jim plunkett, thats the Heisman Trophy winner, should be in the hall of fame, freshman tyrell perry will make plunk happy. Stanford up as many as 13 but the utes with a comeback, brandon carlson, their big man, down under, thats a High Percentage shot right there. Within 3, when 11 left, rotated around and Jaiden Delaire with a 3 for stanford, put it away 7062, stand for now 199, a 20 victory stretch. If you want to get to the big dance, 87 pac12 record. Weve got the oakland as, they dont have a radio station, that is lame, but the team itself, they are really good. I picked them to win the west, overtaking the houston astros, joe fonzi tunes us up a little more from spring training. Reporter the last two seasons have good bad news stories, for the oakland as. Then ended up in the wildcard game. Both times they were 1 and out, freshest in their minds they are 51 loss in october to tampa bay. Obviously a little sour taste in our mouth, a little breath of fresh air getting out here and being able to start this year and changing it up. Pas want to take the negative experience of losing executive wildcards and make it part of the organizations overall upward trajectory. I think for the challenge weve got a really good thing going. I think we are in a really good spot. That sentiment is echoed throughout the organization primary from the gold levers on infield to some of the most exciting players on the outfield, to the strong young pitching arms, the as would appear to have it all. We have a lot of guys coming back, getting more experience under their belt, it will just turn into better things. When you have two seasons where you go 97, 97, i think our expectations are pretty high. Now if they could just stay out of that wildcard game. All right, taking it to mesa today where the as play, theres matt chapman in real time, homerun, deep left, that as are up 101, the as first cactus when 19 hits and 16 runs. In the giants, there is some talk now, the yankees need some pitching, Jeff Samardzija might fit the bill, some rumors surrounding the giant veteran righthander, they could pick up some prospects.
