Senate democrats want the funding bill to include additional money for hospitals and states. Republicans said they will reject anything that goes beyond the loan program. This should not be a left, right, red, blue issue, it needs to be an issue of survival and both sides coming together. Congress is not scheduled to formally return to washington until may 4 at the earliest. That remote voting procedures, any bill would take unanimous consent which is unlikely at this point. All right, high temperatures today, the official numbers were in, 80 in santa rosa, 79 in napa, 69 in
San Francisco, 83 in fairfield, 86 in antioch, a beautiful day. Look at the coast side temperatures, significantly cooler, with fog back on the coast. An onshore flow changed everything, at least coast side. Also bringing in some clouds, you can see them coming in off the pacific. And then the lower clouds are representing the fog moving in as we speak. So just kind of a change, and its been a really stellar week in terms of temptress, sunshine, and just about everything. Air quality, and it will start to cool off a little tomorrow and a little further on friday, saturday and sunday. On sunday there is a slight chance for a few showers or sprinkles. Right now it looks like a nonevent. You can see that seabreeze illustrated by the green. When you see all these areas of green, we have not seen that in a few days. So there is the fog, the hike clouds, and low clouds. The plan for tomorrow will be
Something Like this. In the morning, coastal clouds, inside the bay will be lenny of low clouds and then it kind of clears out. Except right at the coast, you will be in the fog, east side, you know the deal. This is a classic spring weather pattern. San francisco downtown about 63 degrees for a daytime high. Though thats about what we expect. Theres the fog in the morning, the yellow is 70s, orange is 80s, not a lot of them, but there are some, so fairfield made touch 80 degrees, forecast highs tomorrow upper 70s to low 80s, and then you will see a five day forecast that does represent a cooling trend. Even though its getting cooler on sunday and monday, still in the upper 60s, so its not half bad at all. At the coast, this is what changes for my friends out in half moon bay, because of that fog coming in, it will be much cooler and it will stick around. Weve had some pretty good advantageous winds, and we will see a little cooler weather each day as we head into the weekend. The opportunity for showers looks like it will be sunday night into monday, not too much of a big deal. I have some great colleagues and coworkers, and we all lift each other up. This is so incredibly awesome, and really what the staff needs right now, such a morale booster. I have to say, its really a mutual admiration because we love our firefighters and our

Santa Clara County

Fauci who has actually become the voice of reason you might say when it comes to anything having to do with the pandemic, hes become the beacon of hope and an educated voice of reason during this coronavirus crisis. Today, when asked about the possibility of
Major League Baseball happening at all the summer, he was pretty optimistic. There is a way of doing that, nobody comes to that stadium, put them in big hotels, wherever you want to play, keep them very well surveilled and tested and make sure they dont wind up infecting each other or the family and just let them play this season. Of course no one wants to play baseball more than mike trout, the perennial mvp, but he is a bit skeptical with the proposals that have so far been put out there. It would be difficult for some guys, what do you do with family members, my wife is pregnant, what will i do when she goes into labor. Will i have to quarantine for two weeks when i come back, there are a lot of red flags and questions, obviously its got to be realistic. We cant just be sitting in the hotel room and then going to the field and not being able to do anything, i think that is pretty crazy. So far it is just ideas, nothing concrete by any means in the meantime, one of my favorite fall events in the
Silverado Country Club every september and it would be the safeway open of course. Pretty good news with regard to that. It is moving up a week. Previously scheduled and it will be september 1013 now as the pga has been busy readjusting its slate of course. Open a week onship and week before the u. S. Open. Get this, one of the great reasons this event will happen, it has raised in the four years of its existence, more than 8 million for great charities. So the safeway open as it stands now will go on, just a week earlier. In the meantime, i guess you could call it a sports
