There were six people in the vehicle when it flipped, the driver was arrested on suspicion of dui. This is a vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed and it lost control for an unknown reason. There were six people that were in the vehicle, the driver and five passengers. Here is video of the damaged suv, the Dodge Durango overturned, ejecting one of the passengers. Chp officers arrived and pronounced three men dead at the scene, a female was taken to a hospital, but later died of her injuries. The seven on highway 85, southbound lanes are closed with traffic diverted onto connell road, and chp will have lanes open by 8 am, but there is a lot of work to do. We have a large scene, all of the lands of southbound 85 are shut down. It will take time to process the scene, the for the investigation. The time is 6 03 am, the governor will tell us about his revised budget, with an estimated 54 billion deficit. Back in january, he unveiled a 222 billion budget with an almost 6 billion surplus. However, payments to workers who have lost their job skyrocketed. This will be the first time that the governor has had to deal with a budget deficit, and have to decide what will be cut. Next monday, San Francisco, and San Mateo County will let most Retail Stores reopen for Curbside Pickup and delivery.
