A 52yearold woman from Stanislaus County has been charged with murder for allegedly killing her newborn baby boy more than 30 years ago. The baby was found dead by two young people walking north on old madison avenue just south of sea view avenue in Castro Valley on the evening of may 15th, 1988. At the time, police were unable to solvety case. Then last year, police reopened the case and used dna to locate the mother of the baby. Last month, lisa lopez was arrested at her home. The Alameda County district District Attorneys Office has now charged her with murder. Police in san jose are investigating a shooting that sent three people to the hospital. It happened in the bari esa naked outside the alura inn. Police found two men with gunshot wounds who was taken to the hospital. A third victim arrived a short time later. None of the injuries is considered lifethreatening. Police have not identified a motive or a suspect.
