These be specific, how would you leave the country during this next stage of the Coronavirus Crisis . Two minutes, uninterrupted. So, as you know, too. 2 Million People modeled out, expected to die. We closed up the greatest economy in the world in order to fight this horrible disease that came from china. It is a worldwide pandemic. It is all over the world. You see the spikes in europe, many other places right now. If you notice the mortality rate is down 85 . The excess mortality rate is way down, much lower than almost any other country. We are fighting it, we are finding it hard. Theres a spike, there was a spike in florida. It is now gone. There is a very big spike in texas. It is now gone. There is a very big spike in arizona, it is now gone. There were some spikes and surges in other races. They will soon be gone. We have a vaccine that is coming. It is ready. It is going to be announced within weeks, and it is going to be delivered. We have operation warp speed, which is the military that is going to distribute the vaccine. I can tell you from personal experience, that i was in the hospital. I had it. I got better, and i will tell you that i had something that they gave me, very therapeutic. I guess they were called, some people could say was a care. I was in for a short period of time. I got better very fast, i wouldnt be here tonight. Now they say im immune, whether it is for months or for a lifetime, but has been able to say that. I million. More and more people are getting better. We have a problem that is a worldwide problem. We are in a circumstance where the president , thus far, still has no plan, no comprehensive plan. What i would do is make sure we have everyone encouraged to wear a mask all the time. I would make sure we move in the direction of rapid testing, investing in rapid testing. I would make sure that we set up a national standards, as to how to open up schools, open a businesses so they can be safe and give them the wherewithal, the Financial Resources to be able to do that. We are in a situation now, where the new england medical journal, one of the serious the most serious journals in the whole world set for the first time ever, that this, the way this president has responded to this crisis, has been absolutely tragic. I wont even get into the last one. This election, russia has been involved. China has been involved to some degree. Now, we learn that iran is involved. They will pay a price. If im elected, there interfering with american sovereignty. That is what is going on right now. There interfering with american sovereignty. To the best of my knowledge, i dont think the president said anything to putin about it. I dont think he has said a word. I dont know why he hasnt said a word to putin about it. I dont know what he has recently said, if anything, to the iranian. My guess is he is more outspoken with regards the iranians. My point is this, folks, we are in a situation where we have Foreign Countries<\/a> trying to interfere in the outcome of our election. His own National Security<\/a> advisor told him that. What is happening with his buddy, you guys should know well, his buddy, rudy giuliani. He is being used as a russian pond. He is being fitted for information that is russian and not true. And then, what happens . Nothing happens. And then, you find out that everything is going on here. Russia is wanting to make sure that i do not get elected as the next president of the United States<\/a>, because they know that i know them. They know me. I dont understand why this president is unwilling to take out putin, when he has actually paid bounties to kill american soldiers in afghanistan. He has engaged in activities that are trying to destabilize all of nato. I dont know why he doesnt do it, but it is worth asking the question, why isnt that being done . Any country that interferes with us will, in fact, pay a price, because they are affecting our sovereignty. President trump, same question to you. Now it is in court, because obamacare is no good. Then i made a decision, run it as well as you can, to my people, great people, run it as well as you can. I could have gone the other route, made everybody very unhappy. They ran it, premiums are down. Everything is down. Heres the problem, no matter how well you run it, it is no good. We would like to do this, to terminate it. We have the individual mandate, done. I dont know that it is going to work. If we dont win, we will have to run it, and we will have obamacare, but it will be betterrun. He no longer is obamacare, because without the individual mandate, it is much different. Preexisting conditions will always stay. What i would like to do is a much better healthcare, much better, we will always protect people with preexisting. So, i would like to terminate obamacare, come up with a brand new beautiful healthcare. The democrats will not do it, because it will be of tremendous pressure on them. We will come up with a better healthcare, always protecting people with preexisting conditions. One thing, very important, we have 180 Million People<\/a> out there that have great private healthcare. Far more than we are talking about with obamacare. The public option is an option that says that if you come in fact, do not have the wherewithal, if you qualify for medicaid but you do not have the wherewithal, then you have your state to get medicaid and will automatically enroll, providing competition for insurance companies. Secondly, we are going to make sure we reduce the premiums and reduce drug prices by making sure that there is competition that doesnt exist now, by allowing the medicare to negotiate the drug prices with the insurance companies. Thirdly, the idea that i want to eliminate private insurance. The reason why i had such a fight with 20 candidates for the nomination was i support private insurance. That is why i did not one single personal private insurance they would lose their insurance under my plan, nor did they under obamacare. They do not lose their insurance, unless they chose that he wanted to go to something else. Lastly, we are going to make sure that we are in a situation that we have actually protected preexisting. There is no way he can predict existing conditions, none, zero. You cant do it in the ether. He has been talking about this for a long time. There is no, he has never come up with a plan. I guess we are going to get the preexisting condition plan the same time we get the info structure plan. We have been waiting since 17, 18, 19, 20. You keep talking about all these things are going to do that youre going to do this, but you and they are just a short time ago. You guys did nothing. We did. You did, joe. I ran because of you. We have the best carbon emission numbers that we have had in 35 years under this administration. We are working so well with this, but heres what we can do. Look at china, how filthy it is. The paris accord, i took us out because we were going to have to spend trillions of dollars, and we were treated very unfairly hurt when they put us in there, they did us a great disservice. They were going to take away our businesses. I will not sacrifice tens of millions of jobs, thousands and thousands of companies, because of the paris accord. It was so unfair. China doesnt kick in until 2030. Russia goes back to a low standard, and we kicked in right away. It would have been it would have destroyed our businesses. So, you ready . Climate change, climate warming, Global Warming<\/a> is the next essential strength of a threat to humanity. We have a moral obligation to do this. Four more years of this man eliminating all the regulations that were put in by us, to clean up the climate, the cleanup, to limit emissions, will put us in a position where we are going to be in real trouble. Here is where we have a great opportunity. I was able to get both all the environment organizations, as well as labor, the people worried about jobs, to support my climate plan. Because, what it does, it will create millions of new good paying jobs. We are going to invest in, for example, 500,000 to excuse me, 50,000 charging stations on our highways. This way, we can only electric car market of the future. The meantime, china is not doing that. We are going to be in a position where we are going to see to it that we are going to take 4 million existing really in buildings, 2 million existing homes, retrofitting them so they dont make as much energy, saving hundreds of billions of barrels of oil in the process, and creating significant numbers of jobs. Then, by the way, the whole idea of what this is all going to do, it is going to create millions of jobs. It is going to clean the environment. Our health and our jobs are at stake. That is what is happening. Right now, by the way, wall street is indicating that my plan, my plan will in fact create 18. 6 million jobs, 7 million more than his. This is from wall street.
