Larry Simon, 47, of Louisiana has been charged with two counts of capital murder. As of Wednesday, he remains in the Hays County Jail without bond. James “Jim” Wright Jr., 45, of Kyle and Tina Combs, 44, of Arlington were found dead in Wright's home on June 25, 2015, at 810 S. Sledge St.
