LAPD chief ordered investigation of Mayor Karen Bass' USC sc

Two detectives have filed complaints with the Office of the Inspector General alleging that shortly after Bass was elected, Chief Michel Moore requested an inquiry into a USC scholarship that came under scrutiny during the mayoral race. Moore denied the allegations.
