Law enforcement stopped an armed man in body armor from entering federal building in downtown Los Angeles

Federal law enforcement officers stopped an armed man from entering a federal building in LA on Wednesday.
A spokesperson with the Los Angeles division of the FBI confirmed to Insider that the agency is investigating the incident.
The man was trying to enter the parking garage of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building.
