Lawmakers lean on Commerce to lower Morocco phosphate duty :

Some of the most influential farm group banded together earlier this month to ask the Commerce Department to reduce or eliminate the duty on key imports of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and now a bipartisan roster of lawmakers is doing the same.
