March 14 is Learn About Butterflies Day. In honor of the holiday, here are a few fun facts, courtesy of local experts.
Dan Dunwoody, founder of Butterfly Dans in Kissimmee, said if you’re trying to attract butterflies, it’s all about the plants. “If you have the right plants, you can attract any butterfly,” he said, noting nectar plants are important.
