Iâve seen multiple opportunities to learn how to assemble these boards for parties or gifts, but an upcoming event hosted by Nelsonâs Green Brier Distillery is the first one Iâve discovered that will actually teach you how to debark, sand and oil your very own live-edge charcuterie board. The workshop will be held in The Oak Room at the distillery from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 28. Your class fee of $140 entitles you to a specialty cocktail, flight tastings, a lesson on the distilleryâs role in Tennessee whiskey history and a guided tasting with one of Nelsonâs Whiskey Ambassadors.
