Leominster grapples with damage from flash flooding after ra

On Tuesday, the mayor of Leominster said the biggest concern for the city is Barrett Park Pond Dam. City officials said people living near the dam and along the North Nashua River in Leominster should “immediately evacuate” as a precaution.
