Low oxygen levels cause Sacramento-area hatchery to postpone

It's a stressful time for salmon trying to enter the Nimbus Fish Hatchery as the start of salmon mating season begins without a big piece of the facility. The opening of the hatchery's salmon ladder was postponed Tuesday because of a water management issue.
