Presented on an afternoon-tea stand, it kicks off with a quartet of savouries - walnut, date and ginger granola pots; smoked salmon on brown bread with sour cream and watercress; egg mayo and cress on white and wholemeal bread; polenta cups with fresh crab crème fraîche and chive. Follow up with some indulgent treats including barmbrack, lady fingers, crispy macaroons and apple and cider pies.
