Mai-Kai Restaurant hits roadblocks ahead of Oakland Park reo

More than a year after the damaged Mai-Kai embarked on its $8.5 million makeover, the Oakland Park tiki landmark is partly finished but awaits three construction roadblocks, developers told the Sun Sentinel this week.
