POTEET, Texas – More than $3,000 worth of meth and a gun were found during a routine traffic stop Saturday, leading to one arrest.
The Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office said its deputies pulled over a 2009 BMW in the Palo Alto Subdivision on Nogal Street.

The deputy, with two others, said the searched the vehicle and ended up finding more than an ounce of meth and the pistol.
Adam DeLaGarza, 41, was arrested and is now facing drug and weapon charges.
