Authorities say a man has been arrested and charged for his role in a fatal shooting in Cherry Hill earlier this month. Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer and Cherry Hill Police Chief William Monaghan say 26-year-old Tymere Brown of Cherry Hill has been charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, and one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Mayer's office says, Police were called to an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Abbey Road on April 4 around 4:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting in the parking lot. When they arrived, they found Leopold McKoy, 64, of Bear, D.E., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. McKoy was pronounced dead at the scene.
