Man arrested in Sunday shooting | Roswell Daily Record : vim

A suspect in an early Sunday morning shooting in Roswell that left one man wounded has been arrested in Lea County.
Personnel with the Lea County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Austin York, 22, of Roswell, Sunday evening on an outstanding warrant obtained by Roswell police earlier that day, Todd Wildermuth, public information officer for the RPD, said Monday.
York faces one criminal count each of shooting at or from a motor vehicle; aggravated battery; bribery or intimidation of a witness; retaliation against a witness; firearms or destructive devices receipt, transportation or possession by a felon; and aggravated assault, deadly weapon, according to court records.
