(Southington Police Department) SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man accused of sending threatening messages that involved an image of a gun is now facing a felony charge in Southington, police said. Irwin Mueses, 20, whose listed address is on Trout Brook Drive in West Hartford, was charged with first-degree threatening, Class D felony in Connecticut. Moses was also charged with second-degree breach of peace, police said. A bond of $250,000 was assigned to the case, records show.
