(Shutterstock) GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Philadelphia man was arrested after he tried to run from police during a traffic stop Friday afternoon, according to Gloucester Township police. Police said they attempted to stop 42-year-old Nicholas M. Oteri after receiving reports of an erratic driver on North Black Horse Pike at about 4 p.m. Friday. They stopped Oteri, who was driving a silver Chrysler 300 with Pennsylvania registration, in front of the Dunkin Donuts on the Black Horse Pike, police said.
