Pageant Gardens, Sherborne. Picture: Google A MAN was approached from behind and robbed at knifepoint in a scenic Dorset park. The robbery, which occurred at around 6.45pm on Tuesday, March 9, saw a local man aged in his 20s walk through Pageant Gardens in Sherborne when he was approached by a male offender from behind. He produced a Swiss Army knife and demanded that the victim hand over his wallet. The offender made off with the victim’s wallet, containing £35 in cash. Dorset Police say the offender is described as being around six feet tall, of slim build and was wearing a hooded top with Adidas stripes on the shoulder, a dark-coloured snood with a white skull on it pulled up over his face and white Nike trainers.
