Man Who Walked Out of Rehabilitation Facility Captured in Sa

SAN GABRIEL (CNS) - A man convicted of grand theft who left a rehabilitation facility without authorization two months ago was taken into custody in San Gabriel today.
Richard Ledesma walked away from a Male Community Reentry Program facility in Los Angeles on Feb. 12, according to a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation official.
Ledesma was taken into custody without incident Wednesday afternoon at about 2:45 p.m, authorities said. He will be brought to the California Institution for Men in Chino and his case will be referred to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for consideration of escape charges.
