The exclusive development has been designed by award-winning architectural firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by world-renowned designer Robert Couturier and executive architecture by Ismael Leyva Architects. Located on the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 78 th Street, the façade features handset Indiana limestone, patterned brick and ornamental metalwork. The exterior also has arched windows, limestone pilasters and rich green metal and glass conservatories. The residences, which will start at $5.2 million, will include half-floor, full-floor and duplex layouts. They will range from three to five bedrooms and each residence will have direct elevator access into a private entry vestibule. The upscale Upper East Side property will also offer five penthouses with custom fireplaces and large terraces that offer views of Central Park, the East River and Midtown.
