By Ross Wilkers Dec 14, 2020 ManTech has completed its second acquisition of a cybersecurity-focused company in nearly a month, this time for Tapestry Technologies to gain further architecture and policy development capabilities. Terms of the transaction announced Monday were undisclosed, but ManTech said Tapestry will add nearly 150 cleared professionals to the former’s workforce. This deal follows ManTech’s acquisition of Minerva Engineering in mid-November that also included the addition of new talent with clearances as part of the rationale. Chambersburg, Pennsylvania-based Tapestry was founded in 2005 and also touts its systems and software engineering and cyber training services under a DevSecOps model.
