For some Sacramento-area parents, choosing to send their kids back to school this month is a no-brainer.
Eva Schwartz’s son attended kindergarten in-person for the first time Thursday at a Sacramento  school. She says Zoom learning hasn’t been providing the socialization her son needs, and lately he’s become bored and distracted.
