Manson, whose legal name is Brian Hugh Warner, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault in connection with an incident concerning a videographer on August 19, 2019. The victim was filming in the stage pit at the time of the alleged assault, which occurred at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford.
