Marion County grand jury brings murder indictments in two cases A Marion County grand jury indicted two people for first-degree murder in separate cases. Chad Paul Anciaux is accused of killing a woman with a baseball bat. Neely Raye Pesognellie Petrie-Blanchard is accused of shooting a man in Marion Oaks. Anciaux has an additional charge of resisting an officer with violence. The State Attorney's Office is not seeking the death penalty for Petrie-Blanchard. A decision has not yet been made in the case against Anciaux. The cases will be prosecuted by Assistant State Attorneys Amy Berndt and Toby Hunt. On Tuesday, Petrie-Blanchard, 34, of Pensacola, and Anciaux, 33, of Silver Springs, made their first appearance by remote camera in the jail before Circuit Judge Edward Scott.
