July 3, 2013 | G-BLOG Definitely not scoring brownie points with Police in this outrageous story… 62-year-old Florida native Peggy Hill reportedly laid a wet one on a police officer last Saturday evening, kissing her freedom goodbye. According to the Huffington Post, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office arrest report stated that Sgt. Randy Lamb was speaking to Hill when she suddenly approached him and kissed him on his nose against his will. Lamb stepped away from her, wiped off the saliva from his nose, and took her into custody. Hill later allegedly admitted to drinking of wine prior to the debacle. Hill was charged with felony battery of a law enforcement officer.
