(Renee Schiavone/Patch) MARLBOROUGH, MA — Nantucket-based Ondas Holdings Inc. announced Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire American Robotics, a privately-owned company headquartered in Marlborough. As part of the agreement, Ondas, a developer of proprietary, software-based wireless broadband technology, will pay about $70.6 million in a combination of cash and equity securities for American Robotics, according to a company news release.
