Masks after mandate ends? Businesses determine own COVID restrictions as Ohio lifts health orders

Brian Ross, president and CEO of Experience Columbus, asked a poignant question about COVID policies to several dozen faces on a Zoom call earlier this month.
“Has anyone found the silver bullet?” he asked.
The quandary elicited several seconds of silence from the group of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Ohio small business owners are similarly stumped as the state prepares to lift COVID restrictions which have been in place since March of last year.
