(WMC) - Health officials say we are one step closer to pre-pandemic life after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced Thursday that fully vaccinated people can now ditch the masks in most instances. The CDC announced that people who are fully vaccinated no longer need to socially distance or wear masks outdoors and indoors in most cases. “If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic. We have all longed for this moment when we can get back to some sense of normalcy,” said CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky.
