Metro Narcotics busts Monroe heroin trafficking operation :

At least six arrests have been made in a heroin trafficking operation in Monroe.
Investigations by the Metro Narcotics Unit, Monroe Police Department and Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office have led to the arrest of a man investigators say has been bringing heroin from the New Orleans area in addition to multiple people who have been known to sell the narcotic.
On Wednesday, the following people were arrested as a result of the investigation:
Commanche Laderius Wade, 26, of Monroe,
Ziamber Briausa Leonard, 21, of West Monroe,
Cornell Wilbert Smith, 44, of Monroe,
Willie Bernard "Big Will" Dominique, 47, of Monroe,
Charles Bertle "Disco" Clark, 52, of Monroe,
