WE BEGIN TONIGHT WITH SANTA CRUZ COUNTY MOVING INTO THE ORANGE TIER......EASING UP ON MORE COVID RESTRICTIONS. THIS MEANS A LOT OF BUSINESSES WILL BENEFIT AFTER STRUGGLING DURING THE LOCKDOWN. ACTION NEWS 8 REPORTER PHIL GOMEZ WITH MORE ON HOW BUSINESSES ARE GETTING READY TO WELCOME MORE PEOPLE BACK INSIDE. THERE ARE SO MANY BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT SANTA CRUZ COUNTY WHO ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE FREE FROM MOST LIMITED CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS. THE ORANGE TIER ENABLES THEM TO WELCOME MORE VISITORS INDOORS.
