Mother left with life-changing injuries when she was mauled by Rottweiler with 'a taste for blood' says she's been 'let down by the justice system' after a judge refused to put the dog down

Fay Hagger, 60, was bitten and dragged to the floor by the pet in Ashford, Kent in an attack that left nasty wounds to her arm and a broken elbow. A judge said the attack was out of character.
