This is an entry-level position! Job Summary: Answer phones to respond to orders, general Merchant inquires, Bill Statement questions, all of Terminals Issue and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Roles & Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries • Provide pricing and delivery information • Assist new potential customers to set up new customer accounts • Process orders, forms, applications and requests (new terminal, MOA forms, etc..) • Directs requests and unsolved issues to proper designated team and/or department. • Leave clear note in Beacons system records of customer interactions and transactions
