Recommended Data in the state’s new system, CVMS, this week showed that some counties used 15 percent or less of their assigned first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. “When you told me the state reported that 15 percent or less of our allotment is being used here, I was shocked,” Bruce Robistow, director of Halifax County Health, told the network Jan. 15. “The last thing we do is underperformance. We just have problems.”
