In a second interview with the young female victim, Kennewick Detectives learned that Bret Emineth's girlfriend took part in the alleged abuse. 35-year-old Malesa Hale was contacted by Police and she was booked into the Benton County Jail for Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree.
