By News Room Mar 5, 2021 9:49 PM Purely Canada Foods has been in business for five years with a 93,000 tonne terminal (fifth largest in Canada) located at Lajord, about 20 minutes southeast of Regina. Purely Canada purchased the Kindersley plant from a receiver that oversaw the sale of assets formerly held by Canpulse Foods. “We’ve got 8 to 10 staff, depending on how busy it is during the peak times of the season,” said Tyler West, chief executive officer of Purely Canada. “We have an extensive draw area . . . . all the way out into Alberta and some of the prime (lentil) growing regions (in Saskatchewan).”
