Brandywine announced Thursday it is partnering with a global institutional investor to fund the $287 million tower, which will be built at 3025 JFK Boulevard. The investor's identity was not disclosed. A second tower, the East Tower, is on the horizon too. The two towers will be linked by Highline park. The West Tower was designed by the Practice for Architecture and Urbanism, HDR and a team of engineering firms. Health and wellness, technology acceleration and integrated work and life experiences were incorporated into the overall design, according to Brandywine. Gotham Organization, a New York City-based developer, is assisting with the residential components. This project will be Gotham’s first Philadelphia-based project.
